As one of the first weddings of the season here in NYC, Lacy + Steve’s rooftop wedding at The Standard East Village was just about the perfect way to get started! Lacy + Steve are two of the sweetest people you’ll meet, and they really wanted their wedding day to reflect their style. With just their immediate families and closest confidants, their wedding day was sweet, intimate, and picture-perfect. Being in the event planning industry, Lacy’s attention to detail was incredible, and truly one-of-a-kind. We just couldn’t get enough of all the little details adorned in hints of copper and rose gold.
Lacy + Steve’s ceremony took place on the Standard’s rooftop under gloomy clouds overlooking the East Village of NYC. They exchanged vows, tears, hugs and kisses, and shortly after the ceremony concluded, the sun started peeking through the clouds. I think it’s safe to say we were SO excited to see this, as we knew there would be a beautiful golden sunset to follow. We ventured around the quaint neighborhood in the East Village, within the Standard’s patio garden, eclectic entryway, and then of course captured sunset and dusk on the rooftop. We’re so excited to share their sneak peek, and hope they can share many sunsets to come as husband and wife!
