Marianna + Bryan had stunning and modern Hotel Monaco Philadelphia wedding, complimented by some traditional Armenian customs! When talking to them before the wedding, it was clear they wanted the day to reflect their laid back personalities but also incorporate a bit of Marianna’s Armenian background, which we love! They decided to have their ceremony in the St. Sahag & St. Mesrob Armenian Church in Wynnewood, PA, while the reception was held back in Philadelphia at the elegant Hotel Monaco (a Kimpton property). After the ceremony, we were able to steal them away for some Bride & Groom portraits in the Old City area near the hotel, visiting some of the iconic spots such as the Merchant’s Exchange Building on 3rd & Walnut Streets, then took a stroll over just a couple of blocks away to the 2nd Bank of the United States, located just across the street from their hotel. These are some of our favorite Old City locations because we can get a wide variety of angles and shots, making it look like we walked all over the city!! Just a bit of Philadelphia’s charm and one of the reasons we love shooting in the City of Brotherly Love.

We’d be remiss if we didn’t credit the other amazing vendors who helped make their big day come to life. The beautiful floral designs were done by Plaza Flowers, the catering was of course done through Hotel Monaco and their amazing catering team led by Janet Karchner, the Event Coordination was with Leann Milowicki and her team who also helped setup the ballroom. And lastly, the beautiful lighting and ambiance was created by Synergetic Sound + Lighting. We absolutely loved working with everyone, including our wonderful bride and groom Marianna + Bryan. Thank you for you allowing us the incredible opportunity to capture your big day – we wish you both all the best on this new chapter in your lives!! View our entire wedding portfolio.
