A few weeks ago, Birchtree Catering invited us to be a featured vendor at their launch party. The party’s mission was not only the official launching of Birchtree, but also served as a meet-and-greet for various vendors in the area. Of course we were thrilled and couldn’t wait to help them celebrate their grand opening in the Philadelphia area. The event was held at Fleisher Art Memorial in the Queens Village neighborhood in Philly. The venue was historic and beautiful, wine was flowing, and of course Birchtree did a fabulous job with the food.
