It’s always fun to learn about the concepts behind our brides’ design decisions, and Andrea’s playful vision was no exception. Andrea + Marc’s wedding was set to take place at the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA. Those who have been to this location know how beautiful, eclectic and textural this venue is. One thing you may not know is that the gorgeous stone walls that contain the museum  grounds used to be the original walls of the Bucks County Jail many  years ago. Andrea wanted to play on this little historical fact and came up with adding the mixture of black and white stripes (a nod to the “jail” feel) juxtaposed with the vibrant colors of spring. Definitely a fun twist on the traditional invite! Here are some images of their final invitation suite.
