Meet Evelyn + Pedro! Both NYC locals, they were dying to do something a bit different for their engagement session, and fittingly chose NYC’s High Line Park. High Line is a great location for a shoot, and our favorite time to start there is early in the morning before the city starts buzzing with tourists and lunch-time strollers. There’s something amazing about this location when there are no crowds. It’s a little tiny of serenity overlooking the Manhattan streets. Each time we shoot there we see something a little different, and strive to capture our fabulous couples in a slightly different way.
After a few conversations on the phone, we first officially met Evelyn + Pedro the morning of their High Line Engagement Session. It was a chilly fall morning, but the scattered sunshine gave us just what we needed to warm up – not to mention some beautiful light! We love how Evelyn’s blue dress pops in the middle of the park’s surroundings – and her Jimmy Choos were gorg! (Gotta love a good sparkly peep toe pump!) The chemistry between Pedro and his future wife was fantastic, and all we could hope for during their session. They definitely found their sweet spot when it came to being photographed and we simply cannot wait for their upcoming wedding this May!
