It’s an honor to be sharing Jocelyn + Jeffrey’s Finely Catering wedding. Their big day took place back in August and was perfect in every way! These two were so kind and genuine throughout the entire planning process and it was clear during their engagement session that they had undeniable chemistry, which really came out during their wedding day portrait session. Simply put, they look like models and it was SO hard choosing our favs for this little sneak peek!! We were also happy to be back at one of our favorite venues, Union Trust Ballroom and working with fabulous Finley catering team. It’s always a breeze working at a venue we’ve been to many times before and with a team as accommodating and hospitable as the Finley crew. Thomas was head Matre D’ and kept things running smoothly as usual! Jocelyn and Jeffrey expressed that one of the things they loved most about Union Trust was the overall aesthetic and look of the old bank building, so it was important for us to capture the colorful vibe of the venue. They also really wanted that killer “from behind entrance shot” on the balcony. This has become a Union Trust staple and a must-have for a lot of our Union Trust couples (it’s also important to note that this is when a second shooter really comes in handy!). We also always make a point to steal our couples away for a beautiful night shot on the balcony, this has become our signature shot and our couples absolutely love it. We’ve even seen that shot making it’s rounds on Pinterest — how exciting!!
