We have quite a bit of blogging and catching up to do and up next is Julianne and Doug’s FAME Philadelphia wedding. FAME is a fairly new venue and run by the fabulous people over at Feast Your Eyes Catering (whom we work with often at Front & Palmer), an industrial masterpiece. We were so thrilled to work with Doug and Jules because Doug’s brother is a good friend of the Femina ladies. And if there’s one thing we can say about these two, it’s that they are FUN. Despite the frigid temps on their wedding day, Doug + Jules were sweet as can be, all smiles and *always* ready to have a good time. They began the day with some getting ready photos at Hotel Monaco, before doing a first look and portraits, along with their wedding party, in and around Old City. And of course they wanted to take advantage of the rooftop views at FAME for a sunset portrait session.
Jules and Doug utilized the indoor industrial-chic space for their ceremony before it was completely transformed for their dinner reception. One of the best aspects of using a renovated industrial space like FAME Philadelphia is that you can really dress it up or down as much as you want. And that’s where the mastermind of the Papertini crew came in. They did a magnificent job creating the perfect atmosphere for the ceremony and reception! Being able to celebrate with these guys was a true joy, and we loved what we were able to capture! There’s endless images that truly capture them as a couple, but we’re excited to share just some of our favs from their day!
