Meet Lori and Seth, our lovely June couple who got married at the gorgeous Woodloch Pines Resort in the Poconos. No matter what the season or setting, we never get tired of shooting at Woodloch. Not only is the staff incredibly nice to work with but the beautiful grounds and lanscape make for a gorgeous backdrop. Lori and Seth were getting ready in cabin houses not far from one another where they were anxiously awaiting their first look. However, before we were ready to steal them away, the rain started to move in and there were some pretty scary dark clouds on the horizon! But Lori was a total trooper and stayed completely calm while we waited, and then just a few minutes later the rain passed and the sun came back out! And we’re so glad it did because it made for some beautiful photos with clear blue skies and puffy white clouds. What more could you ask for on your wedding day?! We were also joined by their adorable pups who made a cameo appearance for some of the photos!
And they lucked out even more as the sun kept shining for their outdoor ceremony, which took place behind The Inn right on the lake. Before their ceremony, they started with the intimate Jewish ceremony of the Ketubah signing – we always love getting the opportunity to shoot this part because it includes all of the very closest friends and family of the Bride and Groom. And then following the tear-filled ceremony, they brought the party inside where it was lead by the amazing performers of The Joel Young Band. They totally rocked the house and kept the party going until the very end so we were able to get some great dancing shots! So come check out some of our favorite sneak peeks below!! We wish so many years of love and happiness to Lori and Seth. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!
