We’ve been reminiscing a lot lately about all of the wonderful events we’ve had the privilege of capturing over the years, and especially this past year. Now, more than ever, we want to continue sharing all of our couples’ wedding stories to keep us looking ahead and keep the beautiful wedding content flowing. We can’t wait to be back working with our fabulous couples like Mallory + Eric. They were married this past fall at the gorgeous Philadelphia Cricket Club. Nestled in a green little oasis in Chestnut Hill, close to the Wissahickon trails, Philadlephia Cricket Club (PCC) is a beautiful piece of Philadlephia history. It was the most perfect fall day we had envisioned for such an amazing and lovely couple.
We did Mallory and Eric’s engagement session last January (yes, it was chilllly) in Old City, and after working with these two and their adorable pups, we knew their big day was going to be a BLAST. Their wedding party proved to be just as much fun, as we spent the morning with them at the Courtyard by Marriott on City Avenue, before heading over to Fairmount and the Philadlephia Museum of Art for their first look (we can’t get over Eric’s teary-eyed reaction to seeing his bride for the first time) and wedding party portraits. Afterwards, we hopped on the party bus and in true party fashion, they danced and sang until we finally arrived at PCC, where the day’s events were just getting started. They were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the Philadelphia Cricket Club right as the sun was setting and there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience as they said the most heartfelt vows we’ve ever heard! Mallory and Eric are the type of people that draw you in and make an instant connection with everyone they meet. It was also clear by the equally heartfelt speeches given by their friends, that they are loyal, kind and always keep the party going. We’re truly honored to have captured these huge milestones in their life and hope to continue capturing all of those special moments to come in the future!
