Introducing a genuinely sweet and lovely couple on the blog today, Mary and Rick. They were recently married on a beautifully crisp fall day in Long Island, New York. We started the day with Rick at the church, which was the stunning St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Garden City. Rick was joined by his best man, his dad, for some pre-ceremony getting ready shots along with all of the groomsmen and some very helpful ring bearers and flower girls (needless to say, they were hams in front of the camera!). Mary and Rick wanted to save the big moment of reveal for the ceremony, when Mary’s father walked her down the aisle to Rick. It was an emotional moment as the doors opened and Mary and Rick saw each other for the first time!! After the ceremony, the new Mr. & Mrs. were whisked away in a private limo to head over to the venue, which was the gorgeous Cherry Valley Club, located just a few minutes away in Garden City as well. We were able to grab some intimate photos of the two of them in front of a picturesque orange sunset before they went off to enjoy some cocktails and dance the night away. The reception was led by the amazing talents of the East Coast Band, who kept everyone up and on their feet the entire night!!
It was obvious by the kind words spoken during the speeches that Mary and Rick are very special people to those who know and love them and we couldn’t imagine two people who are more perfect for each other. We are so honored to have been a part of their special day and wish them so many blessings as husband and wife!! Congratulations!
