Aside from the obvious loose definition of women artfully posed in lingerie placed in “boudoir” type settings, the meaning is much more significant. Very similar to the modern bride who is chic and sophisticated, we find that the trend flows into other areas of women’s lives. It’s not just about making sexy photos, or maybe it is, after all who are we to judge? But rather, its about a woman who is an everyday daughter, hard worker, mother, or a wife wanting to regain her sense of self and sensuality. It’s only partly about the images that we create, but more about the feeling of confidence and self assurance – and who says you can’t have a little fun along the way!
We aren’t just offering a portrait service, we are offering a completely personalized experience! As a female team, we can totally relate to the feelings of insecurity and want our clients to be comfortable. During our boudoir sessions, we empathize, laugh, giggle, lay on the floor to get great camera angles and poke fun of each other all in an effort to make our clients laugh and be comfortable around us. So you see, it’s not just about the photos it’s about the entire experience!
