The wedding invitation is the first glimpse into your wedding. It gives your guests quick insight into the style, the tone, color palette, and any theme that your wedding will encompass. It’s for these reasons that we absolutely love to be involved in our couples’ invitations! Diana + Brandon’s wedding was rustic, elegant, and quirky – just like our fabulous couple. While the colors Diana chose were a mix of spring colors, she decided to go a bit simpler for the invitations, choosing blues and tan for her custom wedding invitations. All pieces were printed on a speckled sand/craft paper stock, and the main invitation was layered with a soft pearlized white for a hint of elegance. Envelopes were a pearlized baby blue and lined with the same soft pearlized white, and the entire suite was finished off with a coordinating belly band and tied in twine. The script fonts were elegant yet fun, with a mix of ligatures and character alternates to give each word their own personality.

We’ve had such a great time working with Diana + Brandon throughout their wedding journey, and will now be starting on their custom Thank You’s, the last stationary piece their guests will be receiving. Being involved in the design process from start to finish is always a ton of fun – and of course photographing these lovebirds was even better!
